Sport massage is a specialised approach, which aims to enhance the performance of both men and women at whatever level and remedial massage is used to treat painful soft tissue injuries and muscle and joint pain.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

MLD is a gentle massage technique that specifically stimulates the movement of fluids through tissues. The light rhythmic, repetitive stokes enhance the flow of lymph through the one way drainage pathways within the body that make up the Lymphatic system.
